The Fisheries founder Hugo brings a wealth of design and space planning experience from his old industry of hospitality where he created and ran BENUGO. Hugo was responsible for overseeing the design and build of all BENUGO outlets including those at V&A museum, Hyde Park and Southbank. Hugo has recently completed a number of development schemes in East London and has lived in Hackney for over 28 years.
